As you may have noticed, looking at our portfolio, we love travelling. The amount of photos taken during our travels is too big to be presented in the portfolio, that is why we invite you to take a look at the new series of articles presenting some of our favourite destinations so far.
From the first moment we came to Italy, we immediately fell in love with this amazing country. One of the very first places we visited, was Imperia. This coastal city is located in the region of Liguria, about 40 km from the border with France. Apart from being a popular summer destination for tourists, Imperia is also known for the big amounts of flowers and olives being cultivated there.
Within the walking distance from a sandy beach at the Ligurian Sea, you can find the port full of fishermen boats and luxurious yachts parked just metres away. From this part of the city, called Porto Maurizio, we admired the view of Imperia and the surrounding hills full of olive trees and picturesque villages. The other part of Imperia, Oneglia, was years ago a separate town, which in 1923, together with Porto Maurizio was combined into one city.
We hope you will all enjoy the ligurian views, soon we will take you for another amazing trip!
